Returns Policy

For all returns or exchange queries, please contact us by email at hellobundleco@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Goods that are not eligible from being returned include perishable goods such as food and intimate/ sanitary goods.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and require you to return items within 21 days. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS 

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure it meets our Returns Policy. If the return is approved, we will process this request and arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

SHIPPING OF ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS 

You will be liable for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be non-refundable. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service to ensure your product is returned safely to us or purchase shipping insurance.

CHANGE OF MIND 

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, so please choose your bundles or products carefully.
