SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free shipping for orders over $150.

Same day dispatch if ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday AEST.

Standard shipping - $12.95 (Delivery timeframe 3-5 business days).

Local shipping - $7.95 (Delivery timeframe 2-3 business days. Postcodes 2111-2116, 2122)

We currently do not offer express post due to courier delays not currently ensuring fast deliveries.

We reserve the right to alter the listed delivery charges. This will be avoided if possible but may occur in the case of multiple or bulky parcels. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss options.

YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS

We use Australia Post & Sendle to deliver to all Australian addresses. However, due to Covid, we are currently unable to deliver to Hospitals but we are working with our couriers to offer this in the future.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Where bundles and goods are in stock enabling an order to be fulfilled, we aim to process and dispatch within 1-2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). If for any reason we have a shortage of stock or cannot dispatch within this timeframe we will advise you of the anticipated dispatch date.

Please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural locations may take up to 2 weeks. Please allow extra time for deliveries during Covid.

Estimated standard delivery times are stated below:

Sydney Metropolitan Areas: 1-2 business days
Rest of New South Wales: 2-5 business days
Victoria: 2-5 business days
Australian Capital Territory: 2-5 business days
South Australia: 2-5 business days
Tasmania: 2-5 business days
Northern Territory: 4-10 business days
Western Australia: 4-10 business days
Australian Rural Areas: 4-10 business days

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

No, we offer 'Authority to Leave' for all of our orders. We recommend you leave clear delivery instructions in the comments section of the order to avoid delays and extra charges in the likely event of a failed delivery. If you are not home the driver can leave it in a safe place at the delivery address, if the driver deems it safe to do so.
